We are very new with the Hull Agency and with Farmers Insurance. So far, we have no real issues with the exception that some simple emailed enquiries seem to take time and a reminder to elicit what is typically an acceptable response. "Sorry. … More I missed seeing your mail in the volume I get" or "I thought i had responded to the second part of your question" are comments that leave me a little concerned about what might happen in a claim situation. Face-to-face, the people at Hull are delightful and helpful.
